Description
Canine C-reactive protein (cCRP) is an important acute phase marker of inflammation, infection, or trauma. This kit may be used in cardiac, arthritis, cancer research and other applications. Kit Contents: affinity purified cCRP calibrator, a sensitized microplate, HRP-conjugated detection antibody, substrate/TMB, and wash buffer. A standard curve can be constructed for accurately measuring the level of CRP in canine serum, plasma or other fluids in a one hour assay time. Features:
