Description
The NimbleGen 4x72K prokaryotic catalog arrays for Gene Expression analysis enable whole-transcriptome expression profiling for over 200 Class I, II, and III archaea and bacteria. With 72,000 features on the array, each target is interrogated with multiple probes, and multiple probe sets per target thereby increasing data quality. Arrays are available for analysis in your own lab or by Roche NimbleGen service lab.
