The NimbleGen 385K eukaryotic catalog arrays for Gene Expression analysis enable whole-transcriptome expression profiling for 10 eukaryotic genomes. With 385,000 features on the array, large transcriptomes are interrogated with multiple probes per target, thereby increasing data quality. Arrays are available for analysis in your own lab or by Roche NimbleGen service lab.
