Description
Head dipping on a Hole-Board is frequently used as an indicator of exploratory tendencies and spatial learning in rodent studies. Exploratory behavior in the Hole-Board Apparatus is a highly sensitive measure commonly used to explore and determine pharmacological and genetic influences. This apparatus is sized for mice with a 40cm x 40cm test chamber, 35cm high walls and 16 3cm diameter holes. A fully automated version of this maze, part of the ANY-box suite of apparatus, is also available on our website. This maze is engineered to work seamlessly with the ANY-maze behavioral tracking software. For more information, including images of the apparatus, please see our website.
