Description
Applied StemCell provides the more efficeint test of germline transmission for mESC/iPS of a hybrid strain background using tetraploid complementation technology. This technology generates animals completely derived from the injected ES cells, therefore elimating the breeding process and shortening the procedure from 5 months to 1 month compared to regular blastocyst injection.
