Description
The Oris™ Cell Invasion Assay offers a more versatile method for quantitating and imaging cells invading through an extracellular matrix (ECM) compared to membrane cell culture inserts. Using Oris™ Cell Seeding Stoppers to create an invasion zone at the bottom of a microplate well, researchers can detect cell invasion in a 3-dimensional overlay of a Basement Membrane Extract (BME) component and monitor cell movement in real-time. Each kit is supplied with a 96-well plate, an Oris™ BME Overlay, an Oris™ Detection Mask, an Oris™ Stopper Tool, and Oris™ Cell Seeding Stoppers.
