Description
EGY191 and EGY191/pSH18-34 are yeast host strains designed for use with the Hybrid Hunter™ System. The two strains may be transformed with LexA containing bait plasmids to generate a bait strain suitable for use in the following applications: Conducting an interactor hunt to identify proteins that interact with your bait; Testing for an interaction with a known protein. The EGY191/pSH18-34 strain has been transformed with the pSH18-34 lacZ reporter plasmid.
