Description
5' RACE Anchor Primer is an adjunct product to the 5' RACE System Version 2.0 (1). The anchor primer has been specifically engineered to permit optimal amplification of dC-tailed cDNA in 5' RACE applications. It contains strategically positioned deoxyinosine residues to maximize specific priming from the dC-tail. The primer contains three restriction sites (Sal I Spe I and Mlu I) and a Not I half-site.
