Description

The 5' RACE Abridged Anchor Primer (AAP) is a component of the 5' RACE System Version 2.0 (1). The Abridged Anchor Primer has been specifically engineered to permit optimal amplification of the dC-tailed cDNA in 5' RACE applications. It contains strategically positioned deoxyinosine residues. The primer contains three restriction sites (Sal I Spe I and Mlu I) and a Not I half-site.
