Description

3' RACE Adapter Primer (AP) is a component of the 3' RACE System. It contains three restriction endonuclease sites (Sal I Mlu I Spe I) a Not I half-site and an oligo(dT) region. The AP initiates cDNA synthesis at the poly(A) region of mRNA.
