ThermoScript™ RNase H- Reverse Transcriptase (RT) is an avian RNase H- reverse transcriptase designed for RT-PCR (1). It is engineered to have high thermal stability (up to 65DegreeC) (Figure 1) copy RNA with secondary structure and improve priming specificity (2).
