The Methyl-Profiler DNA Methylation PCR System is an innovative technology enabling fast and accurate detection of CpG island DNA methylation profiles of individual genes as well as disease or pathway focused gene panels. This technology replaces the tedious and low-throughput bisulfite-based methods with a simple restriction digest and quantitative PCR.
