Library Efficiency DB3.1™ Competent Cells are suitable for propagation of plasmids containing the ccdB gene. They are designed for use with the Gateway™ Vector Conversion System to make any vector Gateway™-compatible. Use for propagating Gateway™ destination vectors pDONR™ and supercoiled pENTR™ vectors. DNA efficiency is >1 x 108 transformants/microg. A vial of momomer pUC19 DNA is supplied as a control.
