Roche NimbleGen's 12-Bay Hybridization System provides highly reproducible hybridization conditions with precision controlled temperature and active mixing to provide high sensitivity and specificity hybridization results. The Hybridization System is used with the appropriate NimbleGen Mixer, a line of adhesive sample enclosures that provide containment and active mixing during hybridization, to provide constant movement of the hyb buffer across the array to promote high-fidelity probe-target hybridization and minimize unwanted hybridization.
Roche NimbleGen offers a full line of kits and consumables that complement the Hybridization System. Specifically designed for the efficient, optimized hybridization and washing of NimbleGen arrays, they work to produce clean hybridization results.
