These Dynabeads are based on a negatively charged and hydrophilic bead with carboxylic acid functionality. Typically display less non-specific binding of small and negatively charged proteins, less aggregation in high-salt hybridisation buffers and lower non-specific binding of nucleotides and nucleic acids. The product is well suited for nucleic acid applications with extreme demands.
