The TeloTAGGG Telomerase PCR ELISAPLUS, is designed: -For the highly sensitive semi-quantitative detection of telomerase activity in cell extracts from cell cultures and other biological samples. -The TeloTAGGG Telomerase PCR ELISAPLUS , utilizes a biotin-labeled primer for immo-bilization within the microtiter plate. Using it together (e.g. with the Biotin Luminescence Detection Kit), this biotin label can also serve as a means of detection. If the typical, telomerase mediated 6-nucleotide ladder is desired, the fragments can be sep-arated by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE), blotted onto a positively-charged membrane, and detected appropriately.
