Description
BlotFresh™ Western Blot Stripping Reagent was developed to be a harsh but gentle Western blotting stripping tool. The reagent was specifically formulated for effective and convenient dissociation even very high affinity antibodies from Western blot without removing transferred proteins, thereby allowing multiple reprobes of the blot. The reagent is effective with nitrocellulose and PVDF membranes, a variety of blocking buffers, horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and alkaline phosphatase (AP) antibody conjugates, and various chemiluminescent substrates.
