Description
Zagen offers a pure and intact high molecular size genomic DNA of wide varity of plant species. Genomic DNA is extracted from plant leaves and treated with DNase-free RNase to remove contaminant RNA. The DNA is suitable for PCR, Southern blot analysis, and DNA library construction. Genomic DNA is provided in 1.5-ml tubes at a concentration of 1mg/ml in TE buffer.
