• FreezerPro easily creates Virtual Freezers™ that simulate any freezer with any number of doors, shelves, racks, and boxes. FreezerPro supports all types of storage boxes, including square boxes, pie-shaped boxes, non-standard boxes, and multi-well plates. FreezerPro comes pre-configured with the most commonly-used types of boxes and multi-well plates. Graphical display of boxes with samples represented by a variety of colorful icons makes visual sample identification easier than ever.



• FreezerPro comes with a set of 80 colorful icons to represent all possible sample types and 30+ different predefined sample types, ranging from chemicals to plasmids, bacteria, tissues, animals and much more. FreezerPro stores all information associated with unlimited number of samples. Add samples to single or multiple locations within a box. Move samples, boxes, or entire racks within or between freezers with convenient cut/copy/paste or drag-and-drop operations. Restore deleted samples any time as needed. Name boxes, create a list of favorite boxes, and see recently viewed boxes and samples to navigate and find frozen samples faster. Store all sample information, aliquot number, dates, web links and images; generate reports, and setup alerts to notify about low number of sample aliquots or the sample expiration date and more.



• Live search is a unique FreezerPro feature! Search as you type by any word or part of a word with instant graphical display of the sample's location. Search results are displayed in a box view or as a list.



• Import your current spreadsheets such as Excel files with sample information into FreezerPro in only a few clicks.



• FreezerPro is a web-based Sample Management Solution built on a world-class secure platform that provides access to sample information from any remote computer and any Web browser. Multiple users may simultaneously use FreezerPro.



• Barcode and RFID identification are built-in for instant recovery of sample information and location.



• FreezerPro has five predefined roles: Administrator, Manager, Power User, User and Guest that set access rules for various FreezerPro features. Administrators can modify predefined roles and create new roles.
