Description
SA-HRP is an appropriate conjugate for use in EIA/ELISA with biotinylated detection antibodies. This SA-HRP is supplied in the Assay Designs ImmunoSet¿ products and the recommended dilution is provided within each product instruction manual. For use with other biotinylated detection antibodies, the SA-HRP conjugate should be titered to obtain the optimal signal-to-noise ratio of the assay.
