AbGuard™ HRP Stabilizer can be used for the direct dilution and long-term storage of peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated antibodies and Streptavidin- or Neutravidin-peroxidase conjugates, even at very low end-user concentrations.
Stability tests performed on an antibody HRP-conjugate incubated with AbGuardTM HRP Stabilizer, at 45° C over 143 days, revealed retention of around 80% of HRP enzymatic activity when measured as an ELISA peroxidase signal. This gives a potential shelf-life at +4° C of more than 6 years by conservative correlation in accordance with Arrhenius.
