Kinase Assays ADP Accumulation Assays
Non-antibody based, generic assay format applicable to any kinase or ATPase reaction.
An ADP accumulation assay which does not require an antibody or modified substrate.
High-sensitivity assay: 300 nM to 20 uM ADP, ideally suited to the high-throughput screening of low activity kinases or weak kinase inhibitors.
High tolerance to DTT or other reducing agents.
Compatible with peptide substrates and whole proteins.
