Maximum rotational speed: 16,400 rpm (max. rcf: 25,000 x g ) Choose from standard 30 place rotor or aerosol-tight* centrifugation with 24-place Rotor FA-45-24-11 and 30-place Rotor FA-45-30-11* Rotors, rotor lids and adapters are autoclavable (121°C, 20 min) - Aerosol-tight rotors and lids can be autoclaved for 2 h at 140 °C to eliminate prion contamination
