A combined Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) procedure is the most sensitive technique in determining the presence or absence of RNA templates, or to quantify the levels of gene expression through RNA analysis. Avoiding contamination and achieving full-length transcripts are the goals of this technique. The Titan™ One Tube RT-PCR System is optimized to work with a single buffer and a blend of thermostable DNA polymerases (from the Expand™ PCR System) to help achieve these goals. The Titan™ One Tube RT-PCR System is an advanced system which permits optimal conversion of RNA messages into amplified DNA fragments, and employs the most advanced technology in overcoming experimental limitations.
