We wanted to check the expression of LL 37 in human corneal epithelial cells. Used in immunocytochemistry for staining LL-37 in human corneal epithelial cells (1:100 dilution), incubated for 45 mins, washed and further incubated with fluorescent tagged secondary antibody. Staining worked well.

1:100 dilution for 45 minutes in dark, at room temperature
5% serum in 1x PBS
Alexa fluor 488, 1:500 dilution, 45 minutes in dark
