The aim is to culture the GBM stem cell spheres as adherent monolayer culture. This product (laminin) supports the growth of GBM stem cells as a monolayer upon coating with it on cell culture dishes.
Adherent monolayer culture of GBM stem cells or for the differentiation
GBM stem cells, laminin coated plates
Coat with laminin (10µg/ml) for 3h @ 370C or O/N @ 2-80C, Give one 1XPBS wash and plate the cells or store with 1x DPBS
Do not allow the plates to get dry and they should be used within the same day of coating
The laminin coated plates have supported the growth of monolayer culture of GBM stem cells
