I used this antibody to characterize OX40L expression in human thymus, especially thymic epithelial cells. We defined thymic epithelial cells as CD45-EpCAM positive and looked at OX40L expression using this antibody. This antibody stained well and gave us reliable results when used with isotype control.

For thymic epithelial preparation Liberase digestion is mandatory and use of mouse IgGK1 isotype will help in getting reliable results.
