Product Name:

Brilliant Violet 421™ anti-human CD13 Antibody

Catalog Number:

I used this antibody to characterize human plasmacytoid and conventional dendritic cells in the thymus. pDCs can be defined as CD11c-CD123hiCD13-BDCA2+ subset and cDCs can be defined as CD11c+CD123loCD13+BDCA2- subset. This antibody worked well and gave a nice distinct population.
