Mammalian cells are cultured for different time points/different treatments. At different intervals we observed for morphological changes, contamination and fluorescence expression of transfected cells.
Care should be taken for proper functioning of the microscope.
We have observed the morphological changes in mammalian cells (IMR32, Neuro2a) in different treatment conditions and expression of GFP in transfected cells.
Microscope stand is spacious for cell manipulation experiments
