To check the expression levels of protein of interest in different in-vitro experimental conditions. In assessing the levels, the protein of interest probed with respective primary antibody and later with HRP conjugated secondary antibody. The product is compatible to use with the HRP conjugated antibody to observe the chemiluminescence in chem doc instrument.

The equal proportion of luminol and peroxide buffer (1:1) have to be mixed and add equally on the immunoblot. Further, keep the immunoblot inside the chem doc instrument and capture the signals.
Do not expose the luminol/enhancer solution to light
Have observed the chemiluminescence signals probed with HRP conjugated secondary antibody.

Solution is very sensitive, giving good signal in less time. Less cost.
Need to mix both solutions in equal proportions
Recommend to use for probing the HRP conjugated immunoblots.
