Product Name:

Human Brg1 Antibody

Catalog Number:

AF5738

Our goal is to evaluate the contribution the Brg1 ATPase subunit of the Swi/Snf chromatin remodeling complex has in pancreatic islets. Staining mouse pancreas cryosections with the goat polyclonal antibody from R & D Systems (AF5738, 1:500) revealed that Brg1 is expressed in all pancreatic tissues, however the staining pattern in islets appears more robust than in exocrine tissue.
