One of the research focuses in our lab is to study the long term memory cells produced against the influenza virus. One of our markers of interest is CD103 and these cells tend to be in a smaller population in our cell samples. Therefore, using this bright APC antibody, we are able to visualize these cells for further study.

Cells were stained in 100uL FACS buffer with antibody at 1:200; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.
