Our lab is interested in small molecules and antibody fragments to develop novel tracers for cancer imaging. The most important part is to access the affinity of these molecules. We use BIACORE X100 on the daily basis to evaluate the affinity of these molecules as primary selection criteria. This is the best SPR instrument and at the same time, we can use several molecules for analysis.
