We perform both depletion and selection of multiple cell types from cell cultures as well as whole tissues including spleen, lymph nodes, thymus, lung, and bone marrow. Cell samples are then used for RT-qPCR, Flow Cytometric analysis, and re-culturing for functional studies.

Follow manufacture protocol for labeling cells with PE conjugated antibody. Follow with Anti-PE microbeads prior to addition to separation column or automatic separator.
You can use multiple PE conjugated antibodies to remove more than one cell type from samples
The anti-PE microbeads are versatile in their application and use for cell depletion/purification while still yielding highly pure samples.
