Company:

eBioscience™ from Invitrogen Antibodies

Product Name:

PE-Cyanine7 Anti-Helios

Catalog Number:

I was interested in differentiating between thymus derived T-regs and peripherally derived T-regs and used Helios as a marker to determine this. This antibody was fantastic at detecting the presence of Helios in otherwise small populations of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ cells and I'd highly recommend it!
