Used this kit to assess cytokine levels in mouse serum. The assay was pretty easy to perform and the assay had a nice wide range of detection, and allows for simultaneous detection of 23 cytokines with a very small sample volume.

Reconstitute standard by adding media, or standard diluent to the standard vial.) Prepare a 4-fold serial dilution. Prepare samples by diluting serum samples 1:4 in the species–specific serum sample diluent. Add beads to wells, wash, and then add samples and standards to respective wells. Incubate. Wash and then add detection antibodies. Incubate. Wash and then add the prepared Streptavidin-PE. Incubate. Wash and then resuspend beads and then run the samples on the Bio-Plex® MAGPIX™ Multiplex Reader

Had a wide range of detection, and was able to quantify and detect multiple cytokines for the experiment at the same time.
