The aim of this experiment is to detect presence of T or B cell lymphoma in dogs. The antibody CD11b is used in gating the granulocytic population in whole blood cells in the dogs. The antibody used worked very well for doing so. Cells positive for CD11b were then used to gate on other granulocytic subsets.
