We use this instrument often for determining the particle size and the charge of nanoparticles. It is very intuitive and provides quantification really quickly.

We basically prepare a suspension with the nanoparticles and place the suspension in a cuvette specific for the instrument. After placing the cuvette into the instrument, we can quantify with this instrument the surface charge and the particle size among other parameters.
