T cells were cultured in vitro in the presence of IL-6, IL-1b, IL-23, anti-IL-4, and anti-IFNg for 3 days and were then stimulated with Cell Stimulation Cocktail for 4 hrs. Cells were then stained with viability dye, fixed with 2% paraformaldehyde, and stained for intracellular IL-22.
