The goal is to phenotype human blood and liver tissue T cells. Using PBMC isolation followed by flow cytometric cell surface staining for 6mins at 4 degrees with the above Ab. The image shows liver lymphocytes stained for CD3 and iNKT cell marker. Miltenyi Biotec antibodies for me have shown competitive pricing with no loss to quality.
