We use this antibody on both mouse organ sections and cytospins. The photo is of alveolar type two cells that were sorted, thrown on a cytospin and stained. We typically fix our slides with 4% PFA for 5 minutes, block for an hour, and use the primary antibody at 1:2500 4 degrees overnight. Secondary here is donkey anti rabbit 488 at 1:1000 for an hour at room temp.
