Starting Material

Human monocyte-derived DCs and autologous T cells.

Protocol Overview

Human moDCs were treated with CMV Antigens at 2 ug/mL overnight. T cells (labeled with proliferation dye) were added the next day and cultured for 4 days. After 4 days, T cells were harvested and assayed for proliferation dye dilution.

Tips

CMV antigen dose can be titrated down.

Results Summary

CMV-specific T cells were found to have undergone one round of cell division after the 4 day culture period.
