Our lab has generated mice that are infected with HIV at birth. We are interested at measuring HIV proteins such as p24 in different tissues to evaluate levels of infection and active replication. One of the detection methods is via western blot, and we use this antibody as secondary after the rabbit anti-p24 antibody.
