The aim of this experiment was to detect biotinylated molecules. The pSMADs were the proteins of interest. The goal was to enhance the detection of pSMAD proteins in tissue sections. The kit was recommended by colleagues.

Standard immunohistochemistry protocol was performed with the addition of endogenous hydrogen peroxide inhibition using 3% hydrogen peroxidase for 10 minutes.

pSMAD proteins were detected in the tissue sections.
