MojoSort™ Mouse CD8 T Cell Isolation Kit Review

Our lab has generated a mouse model that expresses three transgenic human host factors that allows successful acute HIV infection in these mice. We are currently testing a novel vaccine candidate, and we are examining CD8 T cell responses in peripheral blood and spleen upon antigenic stimulation in samples from immunized mice. Cells are purified from mouse spleens and stimulated with antigen in vitro. In order to avoid activation by positive selection, we looked for a negative selection solution.
