This antibody (A01805-100) was used to perform immunofluorescence microscopy on HeLa cells transfected with an N-terminal V5 tagged protein. 53-A01805-100 showed strong immunoreactivity that was consistent with the nuclear envelope. Background levels were low. This antibody is a good and cheap choice for multicolor microscopy.

This antibody was used to detect an overexposed V5 tagged construct that localizes to the nuclear envelope. The staining was moderate to strong but specific.
