Our lab has developed a transgenic mouse models allowing for the study of HIV infection in mice. We use these beads to isolate mouse B cell following infection to study the ability of these mouse cells to produce antibody agains HIV antigens.
Cell purification
Mouse peripheral blood or lymph nodes
Resuspend cells 90ul/10*10^7 cells. Add 10ul of beads per 10*10^7 cells. Incubate on ice for 15min. wash and proceed to magnet separation.
Follow the manufacturers protocol
