One ongoing project going on in the lab is studying CD4+ T cells in in vivo mouse models. This requires a robust and reliable set of surface and intracellular markers for immune cell populations. The CD25 antibody is a great antibody when examining CD4+ T cell activation status and a good antibody to use in addition to FoxP3 to identify Tregs.
