One focus of our lab is on the role of T cells in immunological memory. We have various genetically modified mouse lines from which we isolate these T cells and study their markers using flow cytometry. In order to identify T cells from different tissues, we need good T cell antibodies that can clearly show these populations. This antibody was selected to identify T cells from mouse blood in order to study their surface marker profile. The PE-Cy7 works well with the other colors in our flow cytometry panel.
