We needed to extract RNA from multiple tissues (50) isolated on the same day. RNA saved us the stress of extracting RNA from every tissue on the same day

Animal tissue (e.g. mouse)
Whole brains isolated from the mice was placed in 1mL RNA Later and placed at -20 degrees Celsius for later use
Weigh your tissue to determine how much RNA later is necessary. More is better than less
RNA did not degrade. Endpoint qRT-PCR had no issues.
